DELIVERY TERMS
We deliver throughout the UK via Royal Mail, using a recorded delivery service. Your parcel will therefore require a signature upon receipt.
Our standard rate depends on the quantity of items ordered:

- 4 £4.49
- 5 £4.49
- 6 £5.99
- 7 £5.99
- 8 £5.99
- 9 £5.99
- 10 £5.99
We will discount postage for multiple accessories as 1 item only, as they are small and light.
For all International orders, we will advise you of shipping cost prior to dispatch, please make sure you leave your email address.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK.
If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail.
For delivery of out of stock items please allow 28 working days.
RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing you with an excellent service. As part of our commitment, we will offer a full refund (except postage) if you are in any way dissatisfied with our product.
We will accept returns within 14 days providing the goods are:
- in perfect re-saleable condition
- including packaging & labeling
- unworn
- without any trace of make-up or deodorant stains
Please note:
We recommend that you use a recorded service as the parcel will remain your responsibility until delivered to our offices.
To return an item, please download our return form, enclose it with the goods and your original receipt.
